What’s the best area to stay in Bali for first-timers?

If it's your first time, I’d say Kuta is a great base — it’s close to the airport, full of food options, and easy to book tours from. If you're into something quieter, check out Sanur or Ubud.

What if my group is bigger than expected?

Each tour has a set limit — half-day tours are for up to 2 people, full-day tours for up to 4. If you're bringing extra friends, we can still arrange it with an additional charge per person depending on the activity. Send us a message on WhatsApp to sort it out quickly.

Do I need to pay a deposit? Can I cancel?

Most regular tours don’t need upfront payment. But for custom experiences or special bookings, a deposit might be required. If you need to cancel, we’re flexible — just give us a heads-up. Feel free to reach out via WhatsApp for the details.
