I'm Andrew — Indonesian, based on Kuta Beach. I help travellers skip the tourist traps and the tourist prices, because I know this island and I speak the language.

My Story

I Came to Surf. I Never Left.

I came to Bali to surf — and ended up making it home. These days I'm based on Kuta Beach, where I run a little spot called Ride The Tide Bar and spend my mornings in the water before the crowds arrive.

Along the way I got to know the people who actually make a Bali trip good: the surf instructors with real patience, the tattoo artists who keep things clean, the boat captains you can trust, the warungs the locals actually eat at. When friends visited, I'd line it all up for them — and somewhere in there it became what I do.

I'm not a big agency. It's just me — Andrew — on WhatsApp, arranging your day the way I'd plan it for a mate flying in.

Most operators don't quote foreigners the local rate. I negotiate directly in Indonesian — with surf schools, drivers, warung owners and market vendors. The savings usually cover my fee.

I know villa owners in Kuta who don't list publicly — no 15% platform fee. You pay 10–15% less than Airbnb, the owner earns more, I earn a small referral. Everyone wins except the platform.

A Real Kuta Day — Not the Tourist Version

My Full Day isn't a generic temple loop. It's the day a Kuta regular would plan: dawn surf before the crowd, breakfast at my favourite warung, a market run where I do the bargaining, sunset drinks at my bar.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is your fee separate from the activity costs?

Yes. My fee is for planning, coordinating and being with you. The activity costs (surf lesson, tattoo, boat tickets) go directly to the operators — at the local rate I've already negotiated for you.

Is Quick Fix charged per person?

No — it's per plan, not per person. Whether you're travelling solo or with friends, it's one flat fee for the full custom plan.

Can I see the plan before I pay?

Yes. I'll send you the outline first. You pay only after you're happy with the plan.

Why not just book everything directly myself?

You can. But most operators don't quote foreigners the local price, and the good ones aren't always the ones that rank first online. I speak Indonesian, I've tested the vendors, and the savings usually cover my fee.

What if an operator charges more than you said?

I lock the price before I send you in. If anyone tries to charge you more than the agreed rate, message me right away — I'll sort it out in Indonesian.

How do I pay?

ATM bank transfer in IDR, credit card via PayPal, or crypto (USDT / USDC) — whatever's easiest for you.
