Are you a tour agency?
No. Andrew is an independent Indonesian local guide and fixer based in Kuta. You deal with him directly on WhatsApp — not a call centre or a reseller.
Do I pay you or the operator?
The card price is Andrew’s planning and guiding fee. Activities you usually pay the operator directly at the local rate, so there’s no tourist markup added. Island-hopping is quoted as one full package.
How do I book?
WhatsApp Andrew your dates and what you’re into. He sends a custom plan back, and you only pay once you’re happy with it.
Is there a deposit, and can I get a refund?
Deposits are small — usually 10–20% — and refundable within 24 hours. You confirm the plan before anything is locked in.
What languages do you speak?
English and Indonesian. Speaking Indonesian is exactly how Andrew gets you local prices instead of tourist ones.
Which service is right for me?
